Exchanges and Returns

We take pride in featuring only high quality products and we want you to be totally happy with your purchases.  Please select carefully before making an online purchase.  Once your orders are confirmed and payments are received, we will not be able to cancel your orders, give you refunds or take in returns and exchanges.  However, in the rare event of a manufacturer’s defect, we will be able to process returns and refunds or exchanges of items to the same design, colour and size, subjected to product availability.  We reserve the rights to assess and verify if the product returned has a genuine manufacturers’ defect.  In this case, we require you to :

  • Email us at within 7 days upon receiving your item with an attached photo and stating the order reference, date of purchase, name of the item that you are returning, the defect, your name and email address.  You will be advised further on the details for returns and exchanges or refunds.  Torn and dented packaging will not warrant a return, exchange or refund.  Please open the packaging with care.
  • Please pack up the item in its original packaging and condition.  Return it to us in unused and unsoiled condition with the original tax invoice, any attached accessories and instruction booklets.  Please post it back to us via registered mail as we do not take responsibility for goods lost while in transit.  Please retain your registered mail receipt until you have received your exchange or refund. 
  • If it is assessed and verified that the product has a genuine manufacturer’s defect, we will pay for the postage to return the faulty product and also the postage to send the new product to you, subjected to availability.  We will only send the exchange to an address in mainland Singapore (excluding restricted zones).  If the product is unavailable, we will arrange to refund you the full amount of the product price.  We will contact you to arrange the exchange or refund.
