Local Deliveries within Mainland Singapore

  • We will process your orders once we receive your payment.  To avoid delivery delays, please ensure prompt clearance of payment (please read the section on Payment for details) and provide accurate addresses and information required for deliveries.  
  • Once your orders are confirmed, we will not be able to refund you nor cancel your orders.    
  • Deliveries within mainland Singapore (except restricted zones) will be via courier.  You should be able to receive your purchases within 5 to 10 working days, though we will try to deliver within 3 working days so that you can receive your purchases soonest possible.  Our deliveries will occur from Mondays to Sundays including public holidays.  Delivery timelines are only indicative.  We will not be liable should the delivery period be exceeded.   
  • Please ensure that the delivery address is a place where a person is present to receive and sign for the goods so that we know you have received your purchases.  We will not be able to compensate you for any loss or incorrect deliveries arising from the provision of incorrect delivery addresses and information.   
  • We would like to stress that it is important for you to ensure that a person will be at the delivery address to receive and sign for your purchases.  As we use third-party delivery, in the event that we receive undelivered goods from our service provider, you will have to agree to bear the costs for re-delivery. 
  • Our third-party delivery covers only mainland Singapore (non-restricted areas).  If you do not live within the mainland, please try to locate and advise an address within the mainland, for instance a friend's residential address.  For further queries, please write to us at
